|What is Funded
||The purpose of the program is to establish 21st Century Community Learning Centers that provide at-risk students with opportunities for standards based academic enrichment, personal enrichment, and other activities designed to complement the students' regular academic program. The 21st CCLC programs also engage adult family members of actively participating students through educational and personal development opportunities.
|Who is Eligible
||? Entities eligible to apply for funding include: local education agencies (LEAs), cities, counties, community-based organizations (CBOs), non-profit organizations (NPOs), faith-based organizations (FBOs), other public or private entities.
? Entities must partner with a school that serves students where at least 40% of the students qualify for free and/or reduced meals.

||Note that the applications are made available in March and the deadline for submitting is in May.
